Every project has an estimated delivery time, and under normal circumstances, it will not exceed this timeframe unless delayed on your end.
Every service request comes with an estimated delivery time, which you can find on the service page. You can expect to receive your designs within that time frame, unless there are extra requests or delays in communication. Your project is complete after you and you and your project manager agree on your final project draft. Each project has 2 refinement rounds. Your final project files will be available on your Designteam portal. Delivery estimate is based on the size and quantity of the project.
